Weekly Development Centre
Train every Friday with Adam McGuiness at our Development Centre at Gateshead Redheugh.
The weekly sessions give goalkeepers dedicated time to work specifically on their position, away from general team training. Coaching covers handling, shot-stopping, diving, footwork, positioning, distribution and decision-making, with exercises progressing into situations goalkeepers regularly face in matches.
Sessions are suitable for goalkeepers of all levels, helping newer players build a strong foundation while allowing more experienced keepers to refine the finer details of their game.

1-to-1 & Small Group Coaching
For goalkeepers who would benefit from more individual attention, EvoGK also provides 1-to-1 goalkeeper training in Newcastle, alongside small-group sessions.
The extra coaching time allows us to look more closely at the individual player and focus on the areas that will make the biggest difference to their game. That might mean improving a technical detail, working on positioning and movement, building confidence in decision-making or getting additional goalkeeper-specific training alongside club sessions.
Sessions can be adapted for players at different stages of their development, from beginners learning the fundamentals to club and academy goalkeepers seeking more focused work.
