Train under Adam McGuiness, experienced goalkeeper coach, with guidance tailored to
every level of player.
Our weekly Development Centre runs at Gateshead Redheugh, offering small group
sessions that focus on:
• Handling, diving, and shot-stopping
• Footwork, movement, and positioning
• Distribution and decision-making
• Game-realistic scenarios and match awareness
Sessions are inclusive for all abilities, helping beginners build confidence while allowing
more experienced keepers to refine skills and improve performance.
Location: Gateshead Redheugh
Time: Every Friday, 7–8pm
Ages: 6–16 years
1-to-1 & Small Group Coaching
For goalkeepers seeking personalised attention, 1-to-1 and small group sessions are available.
Players work directly with Adam, focusing on individual strengths, weaknesses, and personal
development goals. These sessions are perfect for:
• Beginners learning the fundamentals
• Club players wanting extra training outside team sessions
• Academy-level keepers aiming to refine technical skills
