Do your sessions cover all ages?

The Youngest we start with is 5 years old, and we have no age limit

What is the EvoGK Hub?

EvoGK Hub is our free goalkeeping community where you can ask questions, share knowledge, and learn & improve

Is there an additional fee for glove personalisation? And does it increase delivery time?

Any custom printing can take up to an additional 3-5 working days, please take this into account when ordering any gloves with this service. This service is an additional fee of £5

Do you have a size guide for your kit/gloves?

We sure do, you’ll find the size guide for each product on the item’s individual page in the shop.

Do you offer a cancellation policy for sessions?

We have a 72-hour cancellation policy for any cancellation on 1-1/group sessions. Please note this will not be refunded but credited to the next session.

Where are your training sessions held?

We offer goalkeeper training sessions throughout the North East and the Midlands.

What membership levels are available?

We offer three membership levels:

  • EvoGK Hub: Free
  • EvoGK Plus: £4.99 per month for 12 months
  • EvoGK Squad: £9.99 per month for 12 months

Yes, we offer a free 30 day trial, so much content for goalkeepers at any level.

Delivery & Shipping

What are your delivery costs?

  • UK 1st class signed for: £5.65 (includes postage and packaging)
  • UK 2nd class signed for: £5 (includes postage and packaging)
  • Europe: £17 (includes postage and packaging)
  • Rest of World: £32 (includes postage and packaging)

How long does delivery take for personalised gloves?

An additional 2-3 working days are required for the delivery of gloves with personalised printing.

What if my order gets lost in the post?

We accept refunds if the product is lost in the postal service and proof is provided (e.g. no confirmation of signed delivery etc)

What if I entered the wrong delivery address?

Delivery addresses that include an error or have been incorrectly added by the customer and result in the order being returned to ourselves will not have their shipping charge refunded if the customer chooses a refund. If the customer would like us to resend the order, an additional shipping cost may be charged

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a product?

Yes, you can see further information on this by checking out our returns page.

What items cannot be refunded?

Unfortunately, we cannot refund:

  • Shipping costs
  • Contact latex with protection palm plastic removed
  • Gloves with ID (unless the glove has a genuine defect or fault upon arrival)
  • Products returned after 30 days since purchase
  • Gloves with wear and deterioration that is deemed fair use. Latex is a natural material that can and will experience wear from the very first use.
  • Gloves wear out or deteriorate due to not preparing and caring for them.

How long do I have to return a product?

The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept returns later than 30 days
